This privacy policy expresses IMI’s commitment to the privacy and confidentiality of all those that access the IMI web resources.

The privacy of all our members and customers is of utmost importance to us and IMI does not collect any personal information without their knowledge or permission.

Collection and use of technical information

Any information you do supply by filling out our online booking forms, subscribing to the IMI E-Newsletter or completing our online feedback forms is treated with the highest standard of confidentiality and security.

IMI certifies that all individually identifiable information is kept confidential. We do not sell or disclose any personal information about our clients. Information provided by clients at the time of registration is not distributed to any third party users.

All personal information collected by IMI (including credit card information for some paid services) is kept in secure areas. IMI uses secured server areas and advanced firewalls to minimise the risk of individually identifiable information being compromised.

Personal information, such as name and email, is used primarily to recognise individual accounts and for the purpose of training registration.  IMI will use individually identifiable information, like email addresses, in order to provide training update and account information.

IMI track general information about people visiting our site and other pages by reading browser settings. This does not include any personal information. This information is used to determine the composition of our client and visitor base only. IMI retains the right to use such information in the marketing, general promotion and publicity of the IMI.

In short this technical information will only be used by us for statistical and other administrative purposes and treated with the highest standard of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003.

IMI does not disclose any of this information to third parties.
