IMI Alumni Network - Networking³ Cubed

Building on feedback received at our last Alumni Network Event we are putting together an evening dedicated to maximizing your business networks. The evening will be made up of three elements - theory, practice and implementation:

1. Theory: The Leader as Networker - led by Andrew McLaughlin, IMI Senior Specialist in Organisational Behaviour: Drawing on international research and his own research in Ireland Andrew will discuss the power of networking to generate social and creative capital. This research shows that networking pays off phenomenally. Networking may be the key skill of effective leadership. It may also be the key skill of the entrepreneur. Andrew will explain how to create and maintain a contacts list that will deliver results for you. He will also explore digital networking as a way of exponentially increasing your impact as a leader or entrepreneur.
2. Practice: hear from accomplished networkers and business leaders
3. Implementation: an opportunity to network over drinks & finger food with former IMI class mates and other IMI Alumni.

This event is complimentary to members of the IMI Alumni Network, however as capacity is limited you must register by Friday, June 4th by email to alumni@imi.ie.
