Innovative Problem Solving is a two-day course that explores how to apply innovation and creativity in a structured process that helps provide solutions to identified and emerging problems and challenges that you face within the workplace. Whether you are a strategic planner, project leader, manager or individual contributor, having an innovative problem-solving toolkit will enhance your success.

The course provides participants with a toolkit and a set of techniques for using innovation in a structured way to deliver results. Participants will explore and learn about innovation tools, processes and techniques. Through a range of engaging and interactive activities, participants will learn how to apply innovation to problems and processes. Each participant will also receive an innovation toolkit to take away.
