Customised programmes can take place according to your organisation's requirements. They are not designed around a specific location or classroom facility.
Many clients choose to run their customised programme at IMI because they wish to take their people away from the normal workplace routines. The sense of privacy and focus on learning can be a very valuable aspect of the design.
Equally your programme may have a specific theme and it may be appropriate to host the programme at a location that has strong resonance with the programme theme.
Finally you may wish to take your team away from the workplace and may wish that the team spends plenty of time together getting to know one another. In these situations a hotel location might be a perfect fit for your requirements.
IMI runs custom programmes everywhere that customers require, from programmes at your location to programmes at our campus in south Dublin. From programmes around Ireland to programmes in Europe, Africa or Asia.
Wherever you want the programme to take place we will be happy to work around your requirements.

The platform felt flexible but was deceptively fast-paced so Read On

Empathy, the ‘hardest’ management skill at work…
Just over a week ago I was sitting in the panel of the IMI Diploma in Leadership audit presentations, as I heard each manger and executive reporting back on their leadership audit journey I found very interesting how many of them recognised empathy as a critical area for development. In my job as facilitator, empathy is the Read On
