Learning Networks

At its core, IMI is a membership organisation and the services we provide are designed to help our member organisations support the continuous and applied learning of their mangers and executives. In today’s business environment, a big part of this is about connecting managers with each other in a peer learning environment. We do this through a number of channels for instance our Leadership Forum, our BizLabs research and our Alumni Network. We also connect managers to the latest international thinking to help them develop their leadership capabilities and gain new insights into their business challenges.

Our objective is to facilitate managers and organisational leaders in connecting with new ideas and with their peers in business.

The Knowledge Centre has quite a broad range of activities within its remit from managing our learning and information services, to co-coordinating research programmes through to running large-scale conferences. Underpinning these various activities however the common focus is on developing partnerships with our member organisations. We work with over 500 organisations in this way and our aim is to support their continuous learning needs through access to resources, expertise and relevant networks.
