This year, in response to client feedback, the Irish Management Institute is offering a refreshed and streamlined portfolio of programs designed to deliver the frameworks and tools executives need to meet the challenges of today's rapidly changing world. All of our programs are taught by experienced IMI faculty who capitalise on their extensive knowledge as thought leaders and practitioners and focus on delivering tools you can directly apply to your work environment.

The portfolio of programmes on offer fall under two categories, both of which are designed to cover the everyday needs of managers in Ireland. You can choose programmes from either our Management Suite or our Focused Series.

Management Suite

These longer programmes are designed to give managers and leaders an in-depth knowledge of the skills required to gain success in their organisations and career. They are specifically designed to give the frameworks and tools needed for different transition points in peoples’ careers.
