Learning Objectives

This 3-day programme is focused on the trainer, providing them with the skills, opportunity, and feedback to craft their training delivery to the next level. The programme is highly interactive and participants will receive continuous feedback both verbally and visually (through video recording). Key areas covered on the programme include:

  • Understanding how the human brain works in relation to engagement, training and memory
  • Using the experiential learning cycle(Kolb) to design exercises
  • Developing training programmes focused on the desired behavioural change and outcomes
  • Understanding adult learners and how to engage with them
  • Understanding how to select from a range of training styles to suit the situational need
  • How to provide feedback to participants that reinforces learning and changes behaviours
