The Master of Business Corporate Partnership Programme (NEW)
Recession or not, you can’t neglect your talent pool. Developing high potential staff and retaining and stretching top performers is an essential ingredient for organisational survival. The challenge is to do this in a cost-effective way that fits within the organisation’s day-to-day operational requirements, focuses on the developmental need of each individual, and delivers a tangible return on your investment. The Master of Business is a uniquely flexible business qualifications framework that is ideally suited to delivering the results your organisation needs in this challenging environment.
The Master of Business is based around a framework of seven IMI Diploma programmes - from generalist programmes such as the Diploma in Management, to programmes that focus on specific areas of expertise, such as Business Finance or Strategy and Innovation. Each Diploma programme is a nationally accredited, internationally recognised qualification in its own right – and also serves as a stepping stone to a full Masters award. By completing any two IMI Diplomas and a Business Research Project, the candidate will earn 90 credits (the national standard for a Masters Qualification) and will be conferred the title ‘Master of Business’. These steps can be completed in as little as two years, or in up to five years - whichever suits the needs of the organisation and the individual best.
Companies joining the Master of Business Corporate Partnership Programme can avail of a range of special discounts on all Master of Business Diplomas in addition to other attractive organisational benefits.
