In today’s environment, management excellence is the result of more than the talented application of natural skills. To excel, managers must combine broad functional knowledge with an extensive array of analytical, conceptual and social skills.
The philosophy of the IMI Diploma in Management is simple. Each year it provides participants with a comprehensive, practical, and critical overview of best-practice management in a broad range of business areas. Throughout the programme participants are encouraged to apply business concepts and frameworks to their own organisations, to build practical managerial skills and deliver genuine bottom-line value for their organisations.
The Diploma in Management is widely recognised for its innovative approach to learning. Throughout the year, emphasis is placed upon combining classroom teaching with a creative mix of action-learning, class discussion, case study analysis and individual and group activities.
The IMI’s Master of Business (MoB) is an innovatively designed framework tailored to accelerate your professional development in a uniquely flexible manner.
