This action-based course is designed to provide you with the ability to recognise your management and leadership capabilities and apply them directly into the workplace.
The role of mid, senior management and heads of function is to understand the organisation business strategy and lead its’ implementation by gaining front line staff full commitment to action, this course will enable you to do just that.
The ultimate objective of the course is to help you grow in your role to develop and consciously implement the critical change required by your business to succeed.

There are no formal entry criteria. However, this is a demanding programme and suitability of candidates will be assessed at a pre-programme discussion with the programme director. The purpose of the discussion is to ensure a good fit between the candidate and the diploma programme. Several years’ work experience at management level will normally be expected.
