Each customised programme is costed according to the specific requirements of each individual organisation.
As a rule of thumb the costs are made up of the following:
Customised programmes are costed according to the level of complexity and the seniority of the audience.
Custom programme delivery costs range from €400 per participant per day up to a maximum of €2,000 per participant per day.
As an example, if you have a group of 10 junior managers and you wish to provide a 4 day customised programme the cost to deliver the 4 days would be €16,000 (10 x €400 x 4). Additional costs would include any chargeable up-front design and diagnosis, and any other supports required.
