This highly interactive two-day programme introduces the art of facilitation. Through 10 proven steps participants will gain the skills required to successfully facilitate any group in achieving their goals. Participants will learn best practice techniques for group engagement and focused processes for success. From getting buy in to taking ownership of actions facilitation skills will enable participants to apply a range of proven techniques to deliver success in a group setting.
Our experienced trainers will guide you through the process of facilitation and provide you with tools and techniques that you can practice to develop your skills. You will be provided with expert analysis and feedback to allow you to enhance your skills for success.
By the end of the two-days you will have a 10-step facilitation process and a range of tools to generate group engagement and support. Participants will receive a set of take-away tools designed to increase your effectiveness in any facilitation setting.
