This 3-day programme is focused on the trainer, providing them with the skills, opportunity, and feedback to craft their training delivery to the next level.

Learning Objectives

This 3-day programme is focused on the trainer, providing them with the skills, opportunity, and feedback to craft their training delivery to the next level.   • Understanding how the human brain works in relation to engagement, training and memory
  • Using the experiential learning cycle(Kolb) to design exercises
  • Developing training programmes focused on the desired behavioural change and outcomes
  • Understanding adult learners and how to engage with them
  • Understanding how to select from a range of training styles to suit the situational need
  • How to provide feedback to participants that reinforces learning and changes behaviours
