OD Forum Insights

The IMI Organisational Development Forum is made up of a select group of Human Resources professionals from some of Ireland’s most progressive companies.   We have approximately 30 members who meet around four times a year at IMI to discuss and promote the strategic importance of learning and development.  These tend to be HR Directors, Heads of Learning & Development

At the quarterly OD Forum sessions the group, as well as IMI and selected thinkers from our wider professional network, share their challenges, experiences and insights in an open, yet confidential, setting.  Ongoing themes are informed from our engagement with clients and by the members themselves. After each Forum we produce a round-up of the insights gathered.
