Scheduling Coordinator

IMI wishes to appoint a  Scheduling Co-ordinator will provide a full range of scheduling support for IMI’s offerings.  This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that liaises right across IMI’s extensive network of colleagues – staff and associate, clients and participants.  This is a permanent role reporting to the Associate Network Manager within the Executive Education Division of IMI.

Head of Strategy 

To enable the long-term sustainability and development of IMI through coordinating and leading the development of corporate strategy, developing and overseeing the implementation of strategic execution plans and related reporting systems, and facilitating strategic shareholder collaboration. In particular, this role will support the identification of opportunities for step-change innovation for IMI. Customer Experience Manager

IMI is embarking on a significant transformation, to enable the delivery of its strategy and to ensure the organisation operates as efficiently and effectively as possible. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Organisational Transformation, this new role will work alongside two additional new roles: The Business Process Analyst and the IT Project Manager, as part of a transformation project team. The objective of this team will be to create a future fit, agile organisation that delivers high-quality products and services to its customers. The role requires the ability to engage at all levels with external customers and across the organisation in order to review, improve and innovate customer experience whilst ensuring our products and services meet world class standards.

Business and Market Intelligence Manager – Maternity Cover Position

IMI wished to recruit Business and Market Intelligence Manager. A key part of our growth/client strategy revolves around building more valuable relationships with our existing clients and nurturing new leads for conversion. This involves profiling and understanding their behaviours and needs better through more in depth and real-time business intelligence. This role will provide support to the Marketing & Sales departments in order to identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations to attract new customers, maximize value of existing customers, and retain the most profitable ones.

Facilities Support

The role holder will provide day to day cover for requests from clients and IMI staff members and will support the Facilities Team in providing an Efficient Facilities Management on the premises.
