Records Officer – Registrar’s Office

IMI wishes to recruit a Records Officer. This position is responsible for ensuring that participant records in respect of IMI programmes are accurate, secure and appropriately maintained in compliance with principles of privacy and confidentiality. To discharge this responsibility the incumbent will manage and take the operational lead on core activities of the Office, to include admission, enrolment, registration, assessment records, graduation. In addition, the Records Officer will generate quantitative and qualitative reports for a variety of IMI stakeholders, presenting and analysing information in effective ways. As a key member of the Office of the Registrar, the Records Officer will contribute to the implementation of the Institute’s strategy, supporting and implementing quality assurance activities and contributing to institutional research activities.

Programme Unit Manager

IMI wishes to recruit the Head of Programme Unit to play a key role in the provision of a world-class customer experience to all IMI programme participants by managing all Programme Unit activities associated with the delivery of our programmes. The role holder will manage the Programme Unit to ensure the effective and efficient provision of programme support to all clients (internal and external). This is a customer service and administrative management role which requires the ability to operate at a senior level internally and with external clients. The head of the PU will champion the transformation programme within the PU and support the delivery of an excellent customer experience which supports IMI’s brand.

Custom Programme Manager

IMI wishes to recruit a Programme Manager to play a key role in the provision of a world-class customer experience to our Custom programme participants by managing all Programme Unit activities associated with the delivery of our programmes. This includes end-to-end project management of all delivery activities associated with each custom programme, including all aspects of programme planning, administration and co-ordination. The role is critical to balancing the needs of providing an exceptional learner experience while ensuring that all programmes are delivered effectively and cost efficiently. As with all IMI roles, the role holder is expected to fully live the IMI Values and be an ambassador for the IMI brand.

Programme Co-ordinator – Maternity Leave Contract

IMI wishes to recruit a Programme Co-ordinator to provide high quality, customer focused support for IMI Programme Unit activities. This includes all aspects of programme planning and co-ordination, ensuring that all programmes are operationally designed so they can be delivered effectively and cost efficiently.  Working with the wider IMI team to manage and drive the provision of a quality client service to internal and external clients.
