Library Assistant

IMI wishes to recruit a  Library Assistant. Primarily, this position will provide front-line reference and administrative services for our multiple user groups. Reporting to the Knowledge Manager, the successful candidate will join an enthusiastic team with a strong customer service ethos. The position would suit an individual looking for library experience before or after earning the MLIS qualification.

HR Projects Officer – 2 year Fixed Term Contract 

IMI wishes to recruit a HR Projects Officer. As HR Projects Officer you will work closely with the Director of HR on the implementation of HR projects relating to IMI’s organisational design strategy. You will also work with the IMI HR Team to provide a comprehensive HR service to IMI employees including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, policy implementation, employee relations and employment legislation.

Learning Project Manager – Temporary position

IMI wishes to recruit a Learning Project Manager to join our team of learning design and innovation specialists. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the project management of a specific, multi-cohort project with our client and various external stakeholders. This person will work closely with our client, associate faculty and delivery teams to ensure the project maintains high standards.

Custom Programme Manager

IMI wishes to recruit a Programme Manager to play a key role in the provision of a world-class customer experience to our Custom programme participants by managing all Programme Unit activities associated with the delivery of our programmes. This includes end-to-end project management of all delivery activities associated with each custom programme, including all aspects of programme planning, administration and co-ordination. The role is critical to balancing the needs of providing an exceptional learner experience while ensuring that all programmes are delivered effectively and cost efficiently. As with all IMI roles, the role holder is expected to fully live the IMI Values and be an ambassador for the IMI brand.

IMI wishes to recruit a Programme Co-ordinator to provide high quality, customer focused support for IMI Programme Unit activities.
