Winner of the RIAI Best Commercial Building 2005 & the OPUS Architecture Award 2005, this Arthur Gibney designed building echoes the success of its predecessor, the main IMI headquarters.

Main Conference Room

The Liffey Suite, our largest conference room, has a capacity for up to 300 delegates theatre style and comprises of up to the minute technical equipment to effortlessly run seamless events. The suite is flexible for a variety of layouts and includes a hydraulic stage with 125 ADSL lines & power points are dotted throughout the room. The electronic fully soundproofed sky lift partition allows for the suite to be swiftly divided into two separate rooms.

The large glass fronted Atrium is located outside the doors to the Liffey Suite and overlooks a tranquil water pool. The Atrium is the perfect setting for a range of events, from conference registration, drinks reception, exhibition or refreshments. Scattered leather furnishings are dispersed throughout the Atrium area.


Located in the leafy south Dublin suburbs, the venue is easily accessible from major routes (M50 and N11), Dundrum Town Centre and Sandyford, Green Luas Line (nearest stop is Balally) and public bus transport. Complimentary Wi-Fi access and complimentary parking for 250 cars is available within the campus.

The IMI Way

One point of contact will be appointed to your event and they will look after your catering, accommodation, set up and audiovisual requirements. Our professional and friendly conference staff will take care of every aspect of your event on site and will provide logistic consultation leading up to the event day from technology, décor to timings and registration.

Audiovisual and Catering

IMI has audiovisual technicians available to give full technical support during your event, which are supplied by our partners in AVcom. Additional facilities available to hire include microphones, integrated seamless switchers, plasma screens, traffic light system, translation booths and specialist conference lighting systems.

Audiovisual equipment is included in our room hire rates:

Our catering partners, Corporate Catering Services Ltd, are dedicated to ensuring that we offer delegates fresh and healthy food options every day. Food takes high priority and our delegates enjoy the finest Irish sourced produce. Our restaurant, the Corrib, was awarded ISO 9000 status in 2007 and the Healthy Heart award in 2009. We cater for special dietary requirements including vegetarian, gluten free and coeliac options.
