IMI Masterclass 2: Innovative Decision Making
An organisation can be filled with the best people available, and still, fail to innovate and grow. Why? Because its structure and culture go a long way in determining success or failure. Companies need to design their decision-making systems to create and maintain high participant motivation.
Dr Beth Altringer, Head of Desirability Lab & Lecturer on Innovation & Design at Harvard University will deliver an IMI Masterclass on the 16 May on her leading insights on navigating innovation and change. Beth’s Doctorate included a global study of 300 Fortune 500 companies (Private & Public Sector), exploring what differentiates more and less successful innovation projects.
During the session, Beth will showcase the models adopted by successful organisations to embed business agility and strong innovation cultures. She’ll explore a number of specific approaches such as Designing for Desirability, Thinking Fast and Slow about Product and Service Design and Improving Decision-Making Cultures.
