IMI Masterclass with Doug Silsbee: Presence-Based Leadership
Leaders in today’s complex and rapidly changing environment require presence: the meta-competency of awareness and resilience. The capacity to recognise, negotiate with, and ultimately have choice in our habits and inner state is fundamental to a self-authoring leadership, and provides access to a leader’s most resourceful self.
This experiential masterclass offers emerging theory and pragmatic practices for building and sustaining presence. Grounded in mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology, and developmental psychology, this master class is for leaders who seek greater resilience, sense of purpose, and embodied, authentic leadership.
