IMI/30% Club Scholarship Winners for 2022 Announced
Majella McCafferty and Natalie Tennyson named as scholarship winners.
Majella McCafferty and Natalie Tennyson have been announced as the two recipients for the IMI/30% Club Scholarship award in 2022. The scholarships, each valued at €10,000, allow the winners to complete a Professional Diploma in Leadership or a Professional Diploma in Coaching at IMI, both of which are awarded by UCC.
“I am honoured and thrilled to have been awarded the IMI / 30% Club Scholarship and to be commencing a Professional Diploma this Autumn,” said Majella McCafferty, Farm Profitability Specialist at Aurivo Co-operative Society Limited.

“I look forward to acquiring all the new knowledge and skills that will have a positive impact in my career progression and in my own personal development going forward. I greatly appreciate the support. This investment in my education humbles me and I am now more driven to reach my educational and career goals.”
IMI has been a long-standing partner with the 30% Club in Ireland and actively supports the IMI/30% Club Network Mentor Programme, while IMI’s Taking the Lead – Women in Leadership programme continues to inspire women to increase their leadership impact.
“I am very honoured to be awarded the IMI/30% Club Scholarship for the Professional Diploma in Leadership at the Irish Management Institute,” said Natalie Tennyson, Senior Corporate Affairs Manager, Pfizer Healthcare Ireland.

“I really admire the work and huge strides that the 30% Club have made in recent years and it’s really important to have the active support of institutions like the IMI, who provide a platform for future female leaders. This scholarship is a fantastic opportunity and one that I will relish.”
The 30% Club launched in Ireland in January 2015. Part of its programme of activities has been the development of a cross-company, cross-sector mentoring programme that complements existing schemes in the Irish market and within individual organisations. The scheme, facilitated and managed by IMI, offers mid-career women mentoring focusing on their professional and personal development.
