Mason Hayes & Curran partners with IMI for 2023 Masterclass series
IMI is delighted to announce award-winning Irish law firm Mason Hayes & Curran as sponsors for the 2023 Masterclass series.
“We’re delighted to welcome Mason Hayes & Curran as partners for our 2023 Masterclass series,” said IMI Chief Executive Simon Boucher. “As a progressive law firm, new thinking and innovation are key ingredients to their success, so this partnership is a natural fit. Both of our organisations are aligned on delivering greater impact for clients through innovation and strategic thinking, which is what the Masterclass series is all about.”
The last of this year’s Masterclasses was delivered by Rachel Botsman, recognised as one of the world’s 30 most influential management thinkers. Blending topics from her two critically acclaimed books, ‘What’s Mine is Yours’ and ‘Who Can You Trust?’ Rachel challenged the audience to think differently about trust and humility in the modern world by exploring a new language and powerful principles to earn trust as individuals and organisations.
The first of next year’s series will be delivered in February 2023 by Dr. Ruth Gotian, Chief Learning Officer and Assistant Professor of Education in Anaesthesiology at Weill Cornell Medicine, focusing on developing the mindset and skill set for peak performance.
The following Masterclass will be delivered in May 2023 by Malene Rydahl, a writer, keynote speaker and executive coach who specialises in wellbeing and performance, focusing on how leaders can establish a culture of trust for individual responsibility and better financial performance as inspired by the Danish model.
The final Masterclass will be delivered in November 2023 by Gerd Leonhard, ranked as one of the top 10 futurist keynote speakers worldwide, in a session outlining the top 10 things leaders need to understand about the next 10 years, including digitisation, decarbonisation and reformation.
