Participants will learn from industry experts and academic leaders in the field of change. Through interactive activities and structured exercises participants will learn how to plan for and position change, understand the human dynamics and reaction to change, and how to embed last change within organisations.
Through an understanding of the factors of change and the leading theories participants will develop a toolkit for change across a broad range of complex settings.
By the end of this two day programme participants will have the skills and tools to affect success change within their organisations. Participants will know how to approach and deal with the barriers to change including culture and human dynamics. In addition participants will be provided with a range of tool to successfully implement change.
