• During the programme you will examine the journey of team development, exploring the attributes of the personality types within a team and equipping you with the tools to lead and inspire a team to achieve sustained high-performance. Through DiSC^TM self-assessment, you will understand your unique behavioural style and strategies for engaging with others, your needs and your preferred environment. To embed learning, the programme encourages self-reflection, quizzes, videos and reading to enhance the participants leadership skills.

Ideal for those forming a new team, leading a key project or seeking to maximise performance in an existing team.

Finding your competitive edge is crucial to achieving and sustaining success. IMI’s On Demand programmes provide you with the practical knowledge to transform your leadership and management capabilities.  

On Demand at IMI allows you to access pre-recorded sessions with subject matter experts through our Virtual Learning Platform, Canvas, which you can absorb at your own pace and in your own time. Stretch your ability with a series of assessments and quizzes throughout the Programme.

Upon programme completion, you will receive an e-certificate specifying the learning hours undertaken.

Many industry bodies have different criteria for accepted courses, eligible CPD hours, and required documentation. Please check the criteria and, if appropriate, submit the e-certificate as evidence of your participation. Please keep the e-certificate secure as you may need it for verification purposes at a later date.
