IMI Campus, Dublin The workshops are scheduled to take place on 20 and 21 October 2026.

Q: What are the key programme themes?

Day one is highly interactive, participants learn the full process of facilitation through the art of facilitation (learn by doing). By the end of Day 1 all participants will have facilitated a complete session and gained experience in how to facilitate a group to success. The second day will provide the participants with the skills to facilitate a range of different situations. Participants learn how to get over difficult situations, how to manage a group, deal with conflict, understanding dynamics and generate engagement and buy in. In addition, participants will also design and facilitate their own session (work related) and receive tailored feedback on their competence and development.

Managers, HR Specialists, HR Business Partners, Project managers, Team Leaders, and anyone who needs to work within a group setting and achieve results. Facilitation is the art of achieving success in groups through engagement and structured processes.

Q: CPD Hours and Certification?

Upon programme completion, you will receive an e-certificate specifying the learning hours undertaken. Many industry bodies have different criteria for accepted courses, eligible CPD hours, and required documentation. Please check the criteria and, if appropriate, submit the e-certificate as evidence of your participation. Please keep the e-certificate secure as you may need it for verification purposes at a later date.
