Course Overview

Equip yourself with the essential skills for a successful transition into management. While ambition is commendable, it must be effectively harnessed to drive progress.

This programme is tailored to provide new managers, team leaders, and supervisors with a robust foundation in people management and business skills. You’ll develop the toolbox of critical abilities needed for your initial managerial role, enhancing personal effectiveness, problem-solving, and decision-making. You’ll learn how to delegate, plan effectively and manage the work of others and gain the confidence needed to lead teams. The course also covers key HR aspects such as change management, team trust-building, employment law, and performance management.

The result: You’ll leave with a clear roadmap for your first 9-12 months as a manager.
