Course Overview

Most of the big wins in organisations don’t come from formal authority; instead they come from influence i.e. shaping decisions, aligning stakeholders and moving things forward when you don’t control all the levers.

Influence for Organisational Impact is a Level 9, 5 ECTS micro-credential that helps you build ethical, effective influence skills grounded in psychology and organisational politics. You’ll learn how power really works in organisations, how to build networks and coalitions, and how to communicate in ways that move people rather than just informing them.

This is not about manipulation or “spin”. It’s about developing the credibility, relationships and strategies to get important things done across functions, levels and geographies.

*IMI micro-credentials are drawn from our Professional Diploma pathways. This means that when you attend a micro-credential, you may be learning alongside participants who are completing the full diploma.

You’ll take part in the same high-quality learning experience, with the added benefit of joining a broader group of professionals at different stages of their development journey.
