Matthew Atherfold has more than 20 years of international experience spanning HR technology, SaaS, FinTech, and enterprise systems. His work focuses on helping organisations prepare for AI, with particular expertise in the future of work. He supports senior leaders in areas such as AI strategy, operating model development, and data-driven decision-making.
