Dr Leisha Daly was Country Director of Janssen, the pharmaceutical company of Johnson & Johnson, from 2008 to 2018. Leisha started her career at Janssen, as head of medical affairs, and has led in a number of senior positions in medical, sales and marketing management. She has successfully led Janssen through the economic downturn to become one of the fastest growing and largest pharmaceutical companies in Ireland.

Leisha is a graduate of Carlow IT; Trinity College, Dublin; and London School of Business She has served as Director and President of the Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association. Leisha has been chairman of the J&J Campus Ireland group, an entity which seeks to combine the strengths and expertise of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies. She is also a strong advocate for the empowerment and advancement of women in the workforce, and has been a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA).
