Membership Relationship Executive 

Enhancing relationships with member companies will be essential to our strategy in 2017. This role will drive a strategy to engage and retain our larger corporate members and create sustained relationships and value.  This will involve initial on-boarding with on-going engagement to drive member retention. The role holder will work in tandem with Della, who executes on the membership proposition and will have more member facing engagement. The role holder will report directly to David Magee and will work with the Client Development team to on-board new large members as they are acquired. With membership revenue growing by 19% in 2016 (with strong results in the large members segment), the role will play a key part in the membership sales and marketing strategy for 2017 as further new member acquisition will be a key part of the business plan.  The role holder will also require flexibility to work across our business streams depending on member needs.

Client Relationship Executive 

This role will support the customer experience which is central to retaining and growing tailored customer accounts. It will focus on larger tailored customers, which are a key focus of our ongoing commercial strategy. This role will ensure the seamless and efficient transition of new programmes through collaborating with design, scheduling, associate resourcing and contracting, post-win programme build, KPI, SLA contracting and bespoke programme evaluation. Increasingly customers are seeking seamless experience based on business results from their investments in learning. The role will act as a liaison between the internal functions of the business and the larger corporate clients, supporting the Client Development team. A target for customer satisfaction will also be agreed for the role once KPI’s are established across the business. The role holder will require flexibility to work across IMI’s business streams based on client needs.

Receptionist (part-time position)

The Receptionist is responsible for the Reception area and is the first point of contact for course participants and clients visiting or telephoning the IMI.  They will have responsibility for directing people to the appropriate venue or staff member, assisting people as required at Reception and for representing represent the professionalism of the organisation at all times.  They are also responsible for the room scheduling and uploading event requirements for all internal events and will also act as support for the conference centre and meeting rooms sales team.
