Organisational Development Programme Designer
This position is integral to IMI’s Design & Innovation Unit – a team of programme designers and learning design specialists that use industry insight and innovative learning methods/technology to create best-in-class client solutions and experiences.
The Design & Innovation Unit is responsible for designing and producing best-in-class organisational development solutions in line with market needs and for continuous innovation in integrating cutting-edge methods of learning and thought leadership into those solutions.
