Sales Administrator

The IMI wishes to recruit a  Sales Administrator. The sales Administrator position will support the day to day administration of the Programme and Membership Advisors on a temporary basis.

Programme Co-ordinator

The IMI wishes to recruit a Programme Co-Co-ordinator. The purpose of this role is to provide high quality, customer focused support for IMI Programme Unit activities including all aspects of programme planning and co-ordination, ensuring that all programmes are operationally designed so they can be delivered effectively and cost efficiently.  Working with the wider IMI team to manage and drive the provision of a quality client service to internal and external clients.

IMI Registrar

IMI wishes to appoint a Registrar, following the recent retirement of the previous role-holder. The IMI Registrar has responsibility for ensuring that our executive education meets the highest quality standards – including credit-bearing academically validated programmes, short “open enrolment” programmes and “tailored solutions” that are customised for individual client organisations. Delivering innovative and compelling executive education of the highest quality is central to IMI’s value proposition and future strategy.

The Registrar is, therefore, an essential strategic role for IMI. They will be responsible for IMI’s academic and quality assurance affairs, ensuring that our procedures meet the exacting standards of all relevant stakeholders (including IMI’s Academic Board, UCC, QQI, professional bodies, AACSB and Financial Times global ranking criteria). Additionally, the Registrar is expected to lead the strategic development of new quality assurance and control mechanisms and to champion the role of quality standards in enhancing the delivery of IMI’s mission, in the context of our recent merger with UCC.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a senior quality assurance professional who can demonstrate the ability to design, implement and monitor an appropriate quality assurance framework across a diverse range of executive education offerings, and demonstrate the passion to provide leadership to IMI’s Registrar’s Office team, champion a culture of quality across the wider organisation, and build excellent inter-institutional stakeholder relationships.

Digital Learning Designer

Facilities Manager

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the buildings, grounds and services of the IMI campus. Core to your role will be ensuring facilities services delivered by both internal and third-party vendors are to a very high standard. You will be responsible for ensuring that best practices are followed to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable customer and work environment. You will contribute to both strategic planning and future proofing activities as well as the daily effective management of the campus and its services.

The IMI wishes to appoint a Financial Controller who will report to the Chief Financial Officer.  The Financial Controller will manage the day to day operations of the finance department, will develop finance systems and procedures and provide valuable support to the Chief Financial Officer/Company.
