IMI is governed by Board members elected by the Council of IMI.

IMI’s Council is the representative body of IMI’s membership community and as such is a key stakeholder in IMI’s work. As a “voice of Irish business”, Council plays a crucial role in influencing the evolution of IMI’s products and services, and in expanding IMI’s reach and impact across industry. The IMI Council also acts as an advisory group, assisting the IMI Board in specified areas.
