Curiosity is the Antidote to Best Practice: Joanna Parsons
This session will introduce internal communication as a crucial ingredient for organisational success, as it drives business performance, employee engagement and talent retention. This talk argues that the complexity of communication with emotional and diverse employees cannot be reduced to best practice, and that curiosity is the antidote that organisations need instead.
Joanna is the Founder and Director of The Curious Route, a consultancy practice specialising in internal communication. She helps organisations to create effective systems of internal communication and is a Lecturer in Strategic Internal Communication with the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.
