Creating a Culture of Performance & Accountability in the Hybrid Workplace: Jonathan Logue

One of the challenges of the consolidation of management practices around hybrid working has been driving accountability in individuals and the teams they are on. This workshop emphasises the significance of responsibility at all organisational levels. Participants will learn to identify root causes of poor accountability,
implement effective strategies, and foster a culture of ownership, outcomes which lead to improved performance, transparency, and trust within their organisation.

Jonathan Logue is a Talent Development leader with over 25 years’ experience of working in Ireland, the UK and Australia.  He brings international and multinational experience from in-house roles in PwC, Watson Wyatt, O2 (now 3 Ireland) and LinkedIn and from client work through his own businesses in Ireland and Australia.  He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of both the L&DI in Ireland and the LPI in the UK.
