IMI’s National Leadership Summit 2026 will bring together leaders from business, public and semi-state organisations to explore what Ireland needs next, and the leadership required to deliver it.

The day will open with Rewiring Ireland, featuring a keynote from Sean O’Driscoll, former CEO of Glen Dimplex and member of the ‘Accelerating infrastructure taskforce’ , followed by a CEO panel discussion on the systems, infrastructure and strategic choices needed to support Ireland’s future growth.

The second half of the Summit, Leadership Matters, will focus on the leadership behaviours and organisational systems required to turn ambition into action.
