The aviation finance sector in Ireland is a key global player in a dynamic growing industry. With predicted growth of over 20% in aircraft assets in the period from 2016 – 2021, opportunities exist for talented individuals.

The percentage of senior positions held by women in the aviation finance industry is low with women remaining grounded when it comes to reaching leadership positions. This is highlighted in the Mason Hayes & Curran 2018 Gender and Diversity in Aviation survey, with fewer than one in five of the survey respondents indicating that more than 30% of senior roles are held by women in their organisations. We invite you to join us on our new leadership programme for aspiring women leaders in the aviation finance industry.
