The Mental Fitness for Leaders programme is designed to elevate leadership performance by enhancing mental resilience and control. Throughout the 12-week virtual programme, participants are guided to identify “Saboteur” behaviors—self-sabotaging thought patterns—and transform them into the “Sage” mindset, which approaches situations with clarity and empathy. The programme includes weekly one-hour group sessions, daily mental exercises, and peer support, ensuring that the skills learned become deeply embedded in participants’ daily routines. This accessible, on-demand format, delivered via an interactive app, is ideal for leaders at all levels, particularly those navigating remote work and seeking a balanced approach to work and personal life.
