• Giving and receiving effective feedback.
• Seeking and providing clarity in your communications.
• Understanding and challenging assumptions successfully.

Day 2: Influencing:

• Developing your influencing skills.
• Understanding the science of body language and how to read/apply.
• Understanding micro expressions and facial gestures.
• Thinking on your feet.

Day 3: Dealing with Difficulty:

• Developing your assertion skills.
• Dealing with difficult situations.
• Dealing with difficult people.
• Dealing with difficult behaviours.

This programme is for you if you are a manager who needs to develop your one-to-one and one-to-many communication skills in the workplace.

On Demand at IMI allows you to access pre-recorded sessions with subject matter experts, which you can absorb in your own time.

Upon programme completion, you will receive an e-certificate specifying the learning hours undertaken. Many industry bodies have different criteria for accepted courses, eligible CPD hours, and required documentation. Please check the criteria and, if appropriate, submit the e-certificate as evidence of your participation. Please keep the e-certificate secure as you may need it for verification purposes at a later date.
