Course Overview

Many coaches are already experimenting with AI, but few have had the opportunity to test its use in a structured setting that combines practical application, peer learning and clear compliance thinking

AI is beginning to reshape coaching practice, creating new opportunities for reflection, preparation and follow-through — but also raising important questions around ethics, transparency and compliance. This practical one-day programme is designed to help coaches and leaders use AI with greater confidence, clarity and responsibility.

Participants will explore where AI can add value across the coaching journey, how to use AI tools more effectively, and how to approach issues such as GDPR, transparency and emerging EU AI Act considerations. Through interactive workshops and peer discussion, participants will develop practical outputs they can apply immediately in their own coaching practice.

Just for your team

Every programme in our full suite of short programmes can be delivered exclusively to your staff. If you have 10 or more participants for a specific programme, we can partner with you to deliver it on our campus or at a location of your choice.
