Fiona Crozier
Independent Consultant
Fiona Crozier has worked in higher education nationally and internationally, for over 30 years. She is experienced in the development (including policy development), implementation and operationalisation of national, international and institutional quality assurance systems. Her experience in the field of quality assurance in higher education is broad in terms of national and international contexts; she held various posts at the Quality Assurance Agency for the UK and also held the position of Director of Quality at University College Cork from 2013-2015.
Fiona has worked as an independent consultant since 2019, engaging in multiple projects nationally and globally from Europe to Southeast Asia and Africa, including capacity building and strategic planning projects, and the development and articulation of regional quality assurance frameworks in Europe, the ASEAN region and Africa to facilitate international trust and partnerships.
As a former Vice President of the European Association for Quality Assurance, Fiona has an excellent international network and is a member of the Advisory Boards of three Spanish Quality Assurance agencies.
