IMI is governed by a Board of Directors, whose members are set out below.

IMI’s Advisory Council is representative of IMI’s membership community and client base and, as such, is a key stakeholder in IMI’s work.  As a “voice of Irish business”, the Council plays a crucial role in influencing the evolution of IMI’s programmes and services, and in expanding IMI’s reach and impact across industry. The IMI Advisory Council also acts as an advisory group, assisting the IMI Board in specified areas, as required.
