The Henley Programme Director and faculty will be speaking through different modules from the Henley MBA journey and will be on-hand to answer any questions you may have about this triple accredited MBA.

Dr. Mary Hogan
The IMI Henley MBA Programme Director Dr. Mary Hogan will be on-hand to answer any questions you may have about it. Mary is a Senior Management Specialist with extensive expertise in political economy of Asia and cultural diversity generally.
Her academic interests centre on Asia Pacific political economy with a particular interest in China. Mary is also the Registrar of the IMI.
Tim Wray teaches on the module Leadership and Change which is on Stage 3 of the Henley MBA journey. He has led an extensive range of top executive programmes for large global organisations on an international basis. His teaching focus is primarily strategic change and organisation development.
He has held the position of Director of Executive Education at both IMI and Nottingham University Business School in the UK. Prior to entering the world of executive development, Tim worked in the communications sector for eleven years with eir.
Julia has worked closely with the Irish Management Institute for over 10 years. As well as contributing to core IMI programmes, Julia has acted as lead faculty and programme-directed both public and in-company programmes.
Julia has also been involved in the design and delivery of development programmes to key IMI clients including VHI, Google, Accenture and Ericsson. Julia teaches on the Personal Development journey on the Henley MBA.
Cariona Neary is a consultant, coach and trainer, specialising in helping organisations to achieve greater employee and customer engagement. For over ten years, she headed up the Business Consultancy team at the German-Irish Chamber of Industry & Commerce.
In 2000 she founded Neary Marketing and Communications, a Dublin based consultancy firm, specialising in marketing strategy, communications and customer experience management. Cariona teaches on the Strategic Marketing module on the Henley MBA.
Anne Graham Cagney
Anne Graham Cagney is a Fulbright Scholar, a Research Fellow at the School of Business, Trinity College Dublin and a Lecturer at Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT). She has recently been appointed to the board of the Irish Fulbright Alumni Association.
Outside her academic career, she has led senior teams in the public and private sector; and facilitated other top management teams in Europe and North America in achieving significant organisation change and development. Anne teaches on Strategy within the Henley MBA journey.
