What exactly is culture? Where does it come from? Can it be measured? What are the areas to consider? How can we create it for our teams and our organizations? How can we get buy in for the culture we want to create? This presentation will cover the basics of culture and how you can begin to create an effective and balanced culture to get the most out of your team.
