Transformational Leadership: The Foundation for Next Generation Leaders with Roger Delves
This session will focus on transformational leadership. It will challenge the way people currently lead and encourage them to disrupt and rebuild this to develop the skills and behaviours of a transformational leader.
Roger is Professor of Leadership Practice at Ashridge Business School, where his interests are helping others to understand the roles of authenticity and emotional intelligence in leadership and in team engagement. He is co-author of “Inspiring Leadership”, which showcases the best of leadership development practice.
