Claire Nutt is the Founder and Managing Director of Quantum HR, a consultancy dedicated to transforming workplace cultures through strategic human resource solutions. With over two decades of experience in HR leadership, Claire is known for her dynamic approach to talent development, organisational design, and employee engagement. Claire is the Programme Director for the 2026 Evolving HR programme with IMI and she is a faculty member on IMI’s Professional Diploma in Leading Change and Transformation.​

Claire is a trailblazer in digital HR transformation, she holds Chartered Member status with CIPD and has a master’s level qualification in Human Resources Management.​ Her mission is to provide innovative, technology-driven HR solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support organisations through their digital transformation journey.​

Claire’s career spans both corporate and consultancy environments, where she has led large-scale change initiatives, coached senior leaders, and implemented innovative HR strategies that drive performance and inclusion.  ​
