Damian has been IMI’s Head of Talent and Engagement since April 2019, and Director of Talent and Business Support since June 2025.

With over 25 years of experience in recruitment, Damian is highly skilled across a wide range of areas, including but not limited to Talent Management, Community Development, Programme Design and Management, Executive Search, and Inspiring Leadership Performance.

Prior to joining IMI, he worked as Country Manager for the Venn Group, and as Non-Executive Director at Dylan Hannah Recruitment Partners Ltd. Damian is an assured and accomplished Talent & Engagement partner, with a record of proven performance and leadership.

He holds a BBS in Business Studies from South East Technological University, a Professional Diploma in Executive Coaching from UCC, and is a graduate of the Marketing Institute Ireland.
