John Quilliam
John is an adjunct lecturer and programme director in the School of Business, Trinity College, Dublin. He has directed a range of executive education programmes in the School, notably the Trinity MBA, the MSc(mgmt) in International Business, and the M Sc. for senior Public Sector managers. He lectures on Organisation & Management topics on the MBA and executive M Sc(Mgmt) programmes and at undergraduate level, focusing in particular on Organisation Structure & Design issues.
John consults with organisations in both the public and private sector on strategic issues in HR, management development, internal communications and the implementation of strategic change, and he has advised on HR and change management issues with electricity utilities in Central Europe. He has served on the Dept of the Taoiseach’s Steering Committee overseeing the Organisational Capability Review across the Public Service.
As an associate member of the faculty of the Irish Management Institute, John lectures on a range of managerial and organisational issues.
