Jonathan Logue is an experienced HR/OD consultant, facilitator, instructional designer and executive coach with over 25 years’ professional experience in talent development, organisational effectiveness and leadership development. He has worked with over100 organisations across the private, public and semi-state sectors in Ireland, and brings significant international experience from consulting and in-house leadership roles across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.

Jonathan has held senior roles in global professional services firms, including PwC, and has led large-scale talent and learning initiatives in complex organisational environments. He founded his own HR consulting practice in 2007, partnering with organisations in the pharmaceutical, technology and financial services sectors, and later expanded his work internationally following his relocation to Australia.

From 2014, Jonathan held senior leadership roles within LinkedIn’s global Talent Development function, including Senior L&D Consultant and Senior Director leading a global Centre of Excellence for people leader capability. His work spans leadership and management development, performance management, executive coaching and talent strategy. He is currently engaged in consulting and facilitation work across Ireland and continental Europe.​
