Mary Lynch is Founder of Modality Consulting and a highly experienced organisational development and HR consultant with 20+ years’ experience across corporate, SME, public and third-sector organisations in Ireland, Europe and the US.​

She specialises in culture change, strategy development and implementation, leadership and team coaching, talent management and large-group facilitation. Mary has held senior industry roles including HR Director for Ireland at Stryker and Learning & Development Manager at O2.​

Mary lectures in executive education with the Irish Management Institute, University of Limerick and University College Cork, and works with leadership teams to create strong cultures, navigate change and deliver strategy.​
