Ryan has been IMI’s Director of Strategic Growth & Partnerships since January 2026.

With nearly 30 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and innovation, Ryan is highly skilled across a wide range of areas, including but not limited to Strategy Development, Innovation Leadership, Organisational Transformation, Strategic Partnerships, and Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration.

Prior to joining IMI, he spent almost three decades with Accenture, where he held a number of senior leadership roles including Head of Innovation, EMEA; Managing Director of Accenture The Dock; Client Innovation Officer; and Head of Accenture Strategy Ireland.

Ryan holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from DePaul University. He has lived and worked across North America, Europe and Asia.
