Sacha Dekker

Sacha Dekker is a global Learning and Talent leader with over 15 years’ experience driving large‑scale cultural, leadership, and organisational transformation across major global organisations. As Associate Faculty at IMI, she contributes to the Professional Diploma in Leading Change & Transformation, bringing a powerful blend of strategic talent development expertise, lived resilience, and executive‑level leadership experience.​

Sacha has held senior roles at HubSpot, Oracle, LinkedIn, Shell, and Oaklee, where she led international teams and designed people, culture, and leadership strategies that delivered measurable performance, capability, and engagement improvements. Her achievements include designing global leadership onboarding strategies, architecting capability frameworks, reducing attrition through talent initiatives, and leading organisational culture and transformation programmes.

Her personal story of rebuilding her life and career after a life‑changing surgery fuels her passion for resilience, inclusive leadership, and workplaces where all people can thrive. Today, she is an executive coach, keynote speaker, and disability advocate, specialising in leadership mindset, change readiness, and building equitable, human‑centred organisations.​

With deep expertise in learning strategy, inclusive culture building, and transformational leadership, Sacha empowers leaders to navigate complexity, inspire through purpose, and drive meaningful organisational change.​

Sacha is currently completing an Executive MBA at Dublin City University, building on a Master of Arts in Learning and Development from Griffith College Dublin and a BA (Joint Honours) in English Language & Culture and Business Communications from Fontys University of Applied Sciences. She also holds several professional certifications, including MBTI Master Practitioner, DISC Advanced Practitioner, an Advanced Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience, Building and Leading Effective Teams, and AI for Assistive Technology, reflecting her ongoing commitment to leadership, coaching excellence, and human‑centred development​
