This programme is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) under its Continuing Coach Education (CCE) provider designation.
Organisations are under pressure to do more with less. Teams are fatigued. Managers are overloaded. The old models of performance management and top-down direction are no longer enough.
In such a high-pressure, performance-driven environment, coaching has proved to be an extremely effective tool in helping today’s leaders to create a motivated team working towards a singular purpose.
Developing A Coaching Mindset is a hands-on, ICF-accredited programme that equips you with proven coaching skills to elevate individual and team performance—especially in high-stakes, high-pressure settings.
Through experiential learning, live peer coaching, and expert feedback, you’ll build a coaching mindset that fuels performance and growth. You’ll leave with your own personal toolkit of real-world coaching skills they can use immediately—during performance reviews, one-to-ones, difficult conversations, and moments of team development.
This will transform your engagement with individuals and your team.
