Programme Content Overview

Day 1: Values & Self-Awareness
Explore the foundations of authentic leadership by identifying and aligning your personal values with those of your organisation. Through the Value-Based Leadership Model, case studies, and personal reflection, you’ll define your unique leadership brand and develop a clear vision for your impact.

Day 2: Purpose and Authenticity
Define your ‘why’ with William Kahn’s Engagement Theory and the Ikigai model, while building authenticity through Bill George’s Authenticity Wheel. This session helps you understand how your values, purpose, and connections create a solid foundation for influential leadership.

Day 3: Emotional Intelligence and Boundaries
Hone your emotional intelligence with Goleman’s and the Bar-On models, learning to understand and manage emotions in yourself and others. Practice boundary-setting and work-life balance through interactive tools like the Wheel of Life and stress-performance curve for resilient, grounded leadership.

Day 4: Agility, Negotiation, and Network Building
Develop agility in change management with Kotter’s 8-Step Model and enhance your negotiation skills with proven frameworks like BATNA. Cap off your experience with a facilitated networking session, building connections among peers and mentors that will be instrumental to your career’s continued growth.

Please keep the e-certificate secure as you may need it for verification purposes at a later date.
